Port Vincent Progress Association.
Port Vincent is a small country town on the Yorke Peninsula with a population of approximately 450, the Port Vincent Progress Association was established in 1945 with the main aim of maintaining an active interest in the welfare and progress of the Town.
The town is located on the coast straight across from Adelaide and is one of the most successful towns on the Yorke Peninsula.
The town has a history of successful sustainable development projects and has won over 60 awards in the past 2 decades, these awards range from innovative resource recovery awards to town planning including 2 National Awards for sustainable communities.
In 2004 the town won the National Tidiest Town in Australia and in 2010 won 2 categories in the National Clean beaches awards.
Over the years the Town has grown its capacity with Infrastructure, Business Services, Tourism, Recreational and Social Infrastructure and has Implemented systems which work.
Port Vincent is an outstanding small community in SA and is seen as a leader in Community, Business and Tourism development in the Yorke and Mid North Region.
Port Vincent Progress Association achieves all this with the help of residents and volunteer groups in the town such as:

- Special Events Committee
- Tourism & Traders Association
- Town Office Staff
