DESCRIPTION:Foreshore display of cars\, motor bikes\, Hot rods and vintage 
 caravans.\nPort Vincent Institute opens for art display with the Submerged
  – story banners display from the National Maritime Museum. Visual displ
 ays of the construction of wooden boats and other maritime displays. Audio
  visual of the construction of wooden boats.\nNavy Band playing live music
  at the wharf area.\nModel boats on display and onwater at the main beach 
 near the first gazebo on the marina side.\nFree plaster painting for the k
 ids opposite the Kiosk. Small boats available to decorate and sail.\nOn-wa
 ter demonstration at the wharf\, Kayak Eskimo Rolls\, capsize and righting
  dinghies\, retrieval demonstration.\n\nFinal Program of events 22nd March
